Hospitality Tennessee Inc. (HTI) was founded in 2016 when Hospitality Restaurant Group purchased 17 Taco Bell Restaurants in the Jackson and Memphis TN areas.
Since then, we have grown to 19 restaurants and will continue to develop new locations in the Jackson Market.

MATT PROUTY
Matt Prouty (below) started his career with Taco Bell as a Team member when he was 16, became a Shift Leader at 18, and a Restaurant General Manager at 20. In 2001 Matt became an Area Coach in the Albany, New York Market. He worked as a Field training Coach for the North East Region in 2006, and in 2008 he became a DMA Operations Leader and oversaw Corporate and Franchise store operations. In 2009 Matt joined the Hospitality Restaurant Group family as a Market Director of Albany for Hospitality Syracuse. In 2018 Matt became a Partner at Hospitality Restaurant Group and the Director of Operations for Hospitality Tennessee and Hospitality Memphis.

GIVING BACK
Hospitality Tennessee, Inc. has a long history of supporting our local Boys & Girls Clubs, especially their Teen programs. Through financial donations, career support, and of course, donating their favorite Taco Bell food, HRG continues to encourage its members to graduate high school and pursue their dreams. Since 2000, HRG has raised and donated over $100,000 to our Local Boys and Girls Clubs.
COVID-19 ESSENTIAL WORKER SUPPORT
Supporting our front-line workers when the Coronavirus started was a huge priority for us. We packed up meals in a safe, easy-to-transport, sealed box and fed over 1,000 essential workers in our communities.
LIVE MÁS SCHOLARSHIP
The Live Más Scholarship is not based on academic or athletic achievements but individual’s passions. Recipients are chosen based on their passion, work history, and future goals. Hospitality Restaurant Group, Inc. has had several Live Más Scholarship winners over the years, including Elisabeth Dona and Hafsa Mohammed for the 2020-2021 academic year.
HOSPITALITY RESTAURANT GROUP SCHOLARSHIP
Hospitality Restaurant Group established a scholarship program in 2015 so that we could directly impact the lives of our employees by helping them to achieve their academic dreams. Since 2015 we have awarded over $60,000 in scholarships.
TACO BELL FOUNDATION
At the Taco Bell Foundation, no cause is more important than supporting our youth’s passions and dreams. Since 1992, the Taco Bell Foundation has reached more than 4 million young people across the country. The Taco Bell Foundation has awarded more than $95 million in grants and scholarships focused on education and career readiness.
LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS
Our people first, food second culture extends to our local communities in which we rely on to do business every day. Supporting our local sports teams is just one way that we do this. From little leagues to the Jackson Generals, from the smallest fans to the tallest, we are proud to be able to help support their programs and help build their dreams.
