TEAM MEMBERS
The Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone for the customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. This is a very important job for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to detail. Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.
SHIFT MANAGERS
The Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communications skills.
ASSISTANT MANAGERS
The success of your day, week, month, and year is ultimately in your hands. Success means following the brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver an amazing customer experience. You achieve results through your team. When they succeed, you succeed. The customer experience should never exceed the Team Member’s experience. The experience is in your hands. Last but not least, create a restaurant experience for team members and customers that you are proud of.
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGERS
The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the TEAM who establishes the tone of the work environment, and the level of customer hospitality. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and assisting in the resolution of customer issues. AREA COACHES
The position is intended to be almost exclusively as support for the RGMs. The Area Coach accomplishes these objectives by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of Restaurant General Managers on a day-to-day basis. Focal points include establishing and reviewing unit-specific performance targets in guest service, margin improvement and employee satisfaction, maintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications, allocating limited capital budgets to meet highest priority facility needs, introducing and reinforcing new company products and initiatives, and selecting, training, developing and motivating managerial employees.
